UK shipping is free on orders over £30, and free Royal Mail Tracked 24 over £80. Below £30 it is charged at checkout before you pay.

Once dispatched, UK orders arrive in 1–2 working days. International orders take 7–14 working days. Tracking is emailed the moment your parcel leaves us.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes. These are set by your country, not by us, and we cannot predict or refund them.

Orders placed before 18:00 are dispatched the same day where possible, Monday to Saturday. Orders placed after 18:00, or on a Sunday, go out on the next dispatch day.

After a drop, allow up to two working days — we would rather pack every order properly than promise a cutoff we cannot hold.

You have 14 days from delivery to start a return for a change of mind, and 14 days from then to send it back. Items must be unworn, unwashed and have their tags attached. Sale items are treated the same as full price.

Start it at the returns desk. Enter your order number and the email, postcode or phone you ordered with, choose the items, then pick a size swap, store credit or a refund.

Postage. Size swaps and store credit come with a free return label. For a refund to your card after a change of mind, you can send it back yourself, or use our drop-off label at cost (from £2.98), taken off your refund. Faulty or wrong items are always free to return.

No printer needed. Return labels are a QR code. Show it at an Evri, InPost or Post Office drop-off and they do the rest. The returns desk shows you the nearest ones.

Free, return postage included. Choose a swap at the returns desk and pick your new size. It ships as soon as your return arrives back with us, at no cost to you.

Swaps depend on the new size being in stock. If it is not, you can take store credit or a refund instead.

Prefer to keep shopping? Take store credit instead of a refund and we add a bonus: £5 on returns under £40, £10 from £40. Return postage is free.

The credit is added to your account as soon as your return arrives back with us.

If we sent the wrong item, or it arrived faulty, damaged or not as described, that is on us.

Start a return at the returns desk within 30 days of delivery and tell us what is wrong. Return postage is free, and a full refund is always available. Rather message us? Send your order number and a photo.

For damage that happened in transit, telling us within 48 hours of delivery lets us raise a claim while the courier's window is still open. That is our deadline, not yours: later than that and we still put it right.

Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–7 days of your return reaching us. Store credit is added to your account as soon as your return arrives.

Return a whole order for a refund and we refund the standard delivery charge too. Postage you paid to send something back yourself is not refunded, unless the item was faulty or wrong.

None of this affects your statutory rights.

If tracking says delivered and nothing has arrived, check with your neighbours and your safe place first, then tell us within 14 days of the expected delivery date.

We will open an investigation with the courier. Royal Mail allow up to 10 working days to complete one. We cannot refund or replace before that investigation closes.

We can cancel and refund any order in full: if a piece oversells, if the delivery address is wrong or undeliverable, or if we believe automated checkout software was used.

Drops are for people, not scripts.
